Terms
What you agree to when you use ThruLine, and what a licence gets you, in plain words. Everything stated here is true of ThruLine today. What is not settled is marked, not guessed.
Who you are dealing with
ThruLine is made and licensed by RAAS Labs, LLC, a US company. ThruLine’s source code is public at github.com/thrulinehq/thruline under the Functional Source License, Version 1.1, MIT Future License (FSL-1.1-MIT). You may use, modify and share it for any purpose except offering a competing commercial product or service, and each release becomes available under the MIT License two years after it is published. The LICENSE.md file in the repository is the full licence and governs. Pro is a separate paid licence from RAAS Labs, LLC that unlocks approving a version in the builds we distribute. In these terms, “we” means RAAS Labs, LLC, and “you” means the person who installs or uses ThruLine, or, if you use it for a company or other organisation, that organisation.
Payments go through Stripe Managed Payments. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which is the merchant of record — the business that takes your payment — so Link’s terms of sale cover the payment itself.

What a licence unlocks
How long a licence lasts
A paid licence runs to the end of the period you paid for, plus 14 days. Renewal is pull, not push: you fetch the next licence when you choose.
When a licence ends, approving is the only thing that stops. Every record stays on your disk, and every read keeps working.
- Billing and cancellation
- Pro is not on sale yet. When it is, it will be a subscription — $15 a month or $150 a year, paid in advance at checkout, with any sales tax or VAT added on top. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at any time from your Link account or by writing to us: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your licence keeps working to the end of the period you paid for, plus 14 days. If we change the price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Refunds
- If ThruLine is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of any charge — write to support@thrulinehq.com, or ask Link’s support. The refund goes back to the way you paid, tax included. After 30 days, we refund where the law requires it.
Beta
ThruLine is open to beta users. It is built by one engineer.
ThruLine runs on macOS and Linux. How it is installed:
Install · macOS and Linux

v0.2.0 · checks SHA-256 before installing · installs to ~/.local/bin
What ThruLine does and does not do
It does
- Reads the session logs Claude Code and Codex already write on this machine, and rebuilds them into a record of what was said and what ran.
- Checks what the agent said against what actually ran, on the exact version you are approving.
- Runs a check again when you ask: from the screen, a Rust project’s
cargo test; any other command, when you run it throughthruline check. It asks your permission once per project, installs nothing and does not touch the network. - Records an approval that names exactly one version, in .thruline/decisions/<version>.json in your project. Withdrawing it is recorded too.
It does not
- Merge, push or deploy your code.
- Tell the agent anything you have not allowed. If you allow it when you set ThruLine up, it adds a few short lines, each with a receipt, to the agent’s session.
- Call the network from its core engine. An optional narrator, which writes plain English after the verdict, stays off unless you turn it on, and talks only to a model on this machine. See Privacy and Security.
- Let a model decide a verdict. The verdict path is deterministic: the same record always gives the same answer.
“Not proven” is not a claim that your code is broken.
It means nothing in the record establishes the claim on that version. The claim may be entirely true. Where a claim has no proof, ThruLine says “claimed, and no proof found in the record” — never that anyone lied. More in the FAQ.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, RAAS Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of ThruLine. Our total liability for any claim about ThruLine is limited to what you paid us for ThruLine in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
ThruLine is in beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. ThruLine reports what the session record supports. It does not promise that your code is correct, secure or fit for a purpose, and approving a version is your decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of the country where you live gives you.
Write to us first at support@thrulinehq.com; most problems end there. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, either of us may take it to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and we both accept their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Effective date
These terms take effect on October 13, 2026.
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date. For a change to price, billing, refunds or what a licence covers, we email Pro customers at least 30 days before it applies to them. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
